The time it takes to complete a custom curtains and drapes project depends on several factors, including the size of the order and the availability of materials. In Okotoks, most projects can be completed within a few weeks, though larger or more complex orders may take longer. It’s best to plan ahead, especially if you’re looking for specific fabric or hardware that may not be in stock. The best time of year to start a project is typically during the spring or fall, when the weather is more stable and there is less risk of damage from extreme conditions. Starting early also allows for any unexpected delays, such as waiting for custom fabric or hardware.
Signs it is time to act and what happens if you wait
There are several signs that indicate it’s time to invest in custom curtains and drapes. If your current window coverings are worn, damaged, or no longer fit your space, it’s a clear signal that replacement is needed. If you’re looking to update your home’s look or improve energy efficiency, custom curtains can be a valuable addition.
